The purpose of Flavors of Italy Ltd (“The Seller”) is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 15 business days from the day you received the products purchased on piumelli.com.
1. MODE FOR THE RIGHT OF RECESS
You can withdraw from the contract within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your products by filling out the request for return authorization by writing an email to email@example.com with the subject: RETURN REQUEST.
We will confirm that you have received your request by emailing you your return number.
The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fifteen (15) working days from the date you informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products can be returned by shipping the package through the courier indicated by the Seller, or by other shipper, only after obtaining the return number.
It is not possible to change the chosen garment with another.
We reserve the right to designate other products on the site as “non-returnable”. This feature will appear on the product details page that cannot be returned.
2. CONDITIONS FOR THE RIGHT OF RECESSO
