The purpose of Sapori d'italia srl ("the seller") is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 15 working days from the day you received the products purchased on store.dolcegabbana.com.
1. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may withdraw from the contract within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your products by completing the return authorization request by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: RETURN REQUEST. We will confirm that you have received your request by communicating your return number by email. The products to be made must be delivered to the courier within fifteen (15) working days from the date on which you informed the seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products can be returned by shipment of the parcel through the courier indicated by the seller, or by other freight forwarder, only after obtaining the return number. It is not possible to change the chosen garment with another. We reserve the right to designate other products of the site as "non-returnable". This feature will be reported on the non-returnable Product Details page.
2. CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully complied with:

If you have complied with all the conditions required, the seller will reimburse you the price of the products purchased. You will be contacted if your return will not be accepted because it does not conform to the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment the seller reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
Returns can be shipped through the courier indicated by the seller, using the pre-printed label provided by the seller and following the instructions that you will find inside the parcel. This method will allow the seller to pay, on your own, the shipment, withholding from reimbursement a sum equal to the cost previously incurred for the delivery to your domicile of the products purchased. In case you decide to use, for the return of the products, a freight forwarder other than that indicated by the seller, you will have to carry out in first person the payment of the expenses of the return and will remain at your expense the responsibility in case of loss or Damage to products during transport.
