Refund Policy
Consumers who are not satisfied with their purchase may exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code within 14 days (14) of receipt of the goods, without specifying the reason, provided that the product is intact, in its original packaging and in conditions that allow it to be resold.
Extension of return terms: for purchases made from December 1st to December 22nd of each year, the deadline for returns is January 5th of the following year (example: for purchases made on December 4th, 2024, returns are permitted up to and including January 5th, 2025).
The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, in the case of purchases of sealed IT and audio/video products opened after delivery (e.g., toner, cartridges, software, and IT accessories).
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety (it will not be possible to exercise it on only part of the purchased product) and the purchased item must be intact, returned in its original, sealed and intact packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: hangers, tags, bags, packaging, manuals, cables, etc.).
ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS:
Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.
Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear.
Returns will be refused and returned to the customer (at the customer's expense) if the items show signs of use, and no refund will be given.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that there are errors in shipments by PIUMELLI.COM, the customer is invited to immediately contact INFO@PIUMELLI.COM
PIUMELLI.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.
PIUMELLI.COM is not responsible for shipping times. Delivery times indicated are estimates. We are not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier.
PIUMELLI.COM also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the required conditions. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box for shipping.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send a request by email to INFO@PIUMELLI.COM with the following information:
• Name and surname;
• Order number and date;
• Indication of the items to be returned (indicate the code and quantity);
To exchange size, enter the purchased size and the requested size.
In the event of a legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal, PIUMELLI.com will refund the total amount paid, excluding shipping costs (which are entirely borne by the customer), by crediting the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days from the date on which PIUMELLI.com received the item subject to the right of withdrawal.
Refunds are not available for Gift Cards.
